Refunds and Returns We have a 60 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning items, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your issue. We will email you a return postage label to use when shipping the product back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items and Discounts Sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a discount code may be refunded only at the discounted amount.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to notify us of your issue.
Shipping Policy We strive to provide the fastest possible shipping for affordable prices. We offer most customers a choice of shipping by USPS, UPS or DHL and shipping speeds. Please note that if the shipper's tracking information estimates that your package is going to arrive late, please wait until your shipment is actually late before contacting us. We've found that sometimes their estimates are incorrect and the packages arrive on time after all.
An Important Note About International Shipping We are happy to ship internationally, however you must be aware that each country charges their own customs and duties fees. They do not tell us how much those fees will be. Instead what they do is hold your package and send you a notice to pay. We have no control over this, unfortunately. These duties/customs charges are in addition to what you pay for shipping. If you decide you don't want to pay the customs/duties charges we are not allowed to pay them on your behalf, nor can we refund your order.
